Older Mount Hope houses need detail work

Mount Hope is a rural town, and the village of Otisville sits right up against the Shawangunk Ridge. Most of the housing is spread out along country roads. Mount Hope winters bring mud inside

Snow can sit on the ground in Mount Hope for weeks, and it freezes and thaws over and over before spring. Plenty of houses here sit at the end of long gravel driveways. That way the dust we knock down never lands on something we already cleaned.

Some houses sat empty for a while, or the last owner could not keep up with them. Those need more than a routine clean before your boxes come in. On an older property that usually means dust inside the cabinets and grease baked onto the stove. Garages can be worse. A customer bought a house whose garage may never have been cleaned.
